One important part of our dance practice is solo drills — short, focused exercises that help you build reliable technique and confidence. We’ll identify and isolate the specific skills you need, then modify them so you can form strong, repeatable habits. Though the class is geared toward West Coast Swing students, the drills are useful for dancers of any style or level.
When: First Thursday of the month, 6:00–7:00 PM (before LABORATORY)
